Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. In many cases, packages are dispatched sooner, often within 2 business days. Please note that if you have requested the blessing service, this requires additional time, and shipment may be delayed by 3–5 business days beyond the standard processing time.
Shipping Options
You may choose between UPS Economy and FedEx International Priority. Please note that FedEx International Priority shipments are always given absolute priority. Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and transportation costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees may vary depending on the total weight and destination of the shipment. To reduce costs and ensure efficiency, we encourage you to group your items into a single order whenever possible.
Packaging and Protection
Special attention is devoted to packaging to guarantee that fragile items are well-protected. Strong boxes and secure packing materials are used to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Special Note for U.S. Customers
For shipments to the United States of America, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered by Vatican Gift. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Customs Fees for Other Destinations
For shipments outside the United States, any duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary by country, and we encourage customers to verify applicable policies before placing an order.
Delivery Times and Delays
Typical transit time is approximately 2–3 business days once the package has been shipped, though this may vary depending on the courier and destination. Please note that delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Vatican Gift cannot be held liable for delays, and no compensation is provided in such cases.
