Where do your products ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Rome, Italy, just a stone's throw from the Vatican.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping, utilizing our trusted partnership with FedEx to deliver our religious articles quickly and securely to virtually every corner of the globe.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing and preparation. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery to the U.S.A. is very fast, typically taking just 2 to 3 business days via FedEx.


Does requesting the Papal Blessing affect delivery time?

Yes, it does. If you request the Blessing from the Holy Father, please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for us to fulfill this request. This time is needed to take your item to the Vatican for the blessing before it is handed over to the courier.


Can I track my package?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the destination address. You will see the final shipping fee before you complete your payment.


Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For customers in the United States: We want your experience to be seamless. For all shipments to the United States, Vatican Gift covers all customs duties and import fees. You may see a "Taxes" line item calculated during checkout, but this is part of your final total. You will not be required to pay any additional charges to the courier upon delivery.

For all other international destinations: Orders shipped to countries other than the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations.


What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our religious items. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. Please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can assist you with the insurance claim and replacement process.
